Description: | The sun catches a figure in middle eastern dress walking down a dirt path that leads past a stand of very tall cedars toward a body of water in the distance. Both sides of the path are carpeted in bright green grass interspersed with small plants, and the cedar forest is quite lush. The far shore is a dry brown. The lower sky is covered with billowing white cumulus clouds while the upper sky is partly cloudy and partly bright blue. (From a color photograph.) |
Note: | Very similar in subject and composition to On the Bosporus, Turkey [2]. This picture, with trees beside a path leading to a body of water, shares the same overall composition, though in a different setting, of several forest path scenes. |
