On the canvas in white chalk "GlenK", the roman numeral "III", and the title "THREE BROTHERS / YOSEMITE V**" (indistinct letters at the end, maybe "AL") in black brush in a hand not the artist's. On the stretcher bar a very faint pencil inscription ending in "California" and "Property of R***". |
