Site: Unidentified. The profile of the mountain does not match that of Mount Shasta but it is similar to several other unidentified mountain scenes, for example [High Sierra scene with Indians], [Western landscape], and [Stratovolcano viewed from a river] (Sketchbook ca 1891, page #6).
